VJSS's desire is to create a soccer community where children are the center, focusing on character building and following Japanese community soccer standards.

Currently, VJSS is present in almost all districts of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Bangkok (Thailand), and Phnom Penh (Cambodia). With more than 5,000 students currently enrolled and over 31 affiliated kindergartens.
